Initial Search

We charge you an initial search fee of £250 for working on your mandate for 12 months:

• We narrow down the search to properties that meet your exact requirements, making up a short-list (photos, descriptions and particulars).
• We organise, and accompany you on visits to the properties short-listed, and help you make an offer.

Offer Accepted

Once your offer is accepted, and only then, we charge you a fixed success fee:

• We help you complete and secure your purchase.
• We assist you with all administrative details.

Success fees are based on a sliding scale, ranging from £1500 minimum to a maximum of £6000, inclusive of VAT, with the search fee being deductible from the success fee.

Note: Before searching can commence, and property particulars can be provided, you will need to sign our mandate to search.
